      Sure, we can have children, just we aren’t able to carry them like a woman can. Women’s bodies have all the right parts to keep a baby safe and warm and fed for the 9 months needed to grow from an egg and sperm all to way up to being a fully functional baby. Men don’t have that, so it would be really difficult for a baby to survive inside a man.
