I never have personally, but you can see lots of NASA’s rockets and spaceships at their museums in Alabama (called the US Space and Rocket Center) and Florida (at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral).

If your question is really about aliens, then that would be a definite no. I do think that there are probably aliens out there, just that the Universe is such a HUGE place that it would take way too long for any other races to have visited us.

      Except on TV? No.
The closest I’ve seen is a replica of the Ariane 4 at the Cosmodome in Canada (it’s like a space museum).
I’ve also seen Hangar One, an ex NASA research centre, close to San Francisco (absolutely MASSIVE!!!) and bunch of jet fighters, though…

I’ve never seen an alien spaceship (unless you count Star Wars etc) but I’ve seen NASA space ships when I visited the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida, USA. It is amazing, I would definitely recommend it. You can see a massive Saturn V rocket (the one that they used to send the Apollo missions to the Moon in the 1960’s) and also the space shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle is no longer flying, so we need to wait for the next generation of space transports to come online: private companies are working right now to design such a ship.
