• Question: How long could life survive without the sun?

      Without the Sun we’d definitely be in trouble. We need the radiation from the Sun to keep the Earth’s temperature at a reasonable level for life. If we could survive with temperatures down to freezing, say, we’d last 3 or 4 days, but I think the lack of sunlight to see what we were doing (and all the chaos that would come with it) would probably be enough to finish us off sooner!
